  1. In the San Francisco Bay Area, the listing inventory is very tight. PLEASE bring on someone who has mastered the art and science of seller lead generation. Followed by someone who has mastered the art and science of lead nurturing!

  2. Listing lead generation is critical. Also, in my area, the average commission percentage keeps getting lower and lower, as sellers are constantly reminded that this number is negotiable. Can you provide an editable, one page menu of options that come with 3 different percentages? I’m having a hard time structuring it and deciding what to include in each tier.

  3. Buyer-Broker Commission Rule SHIFT! No one can predict the future of the two major commission lawsuits, but preparing would be a good idea. And helping me adapt priceless. The most explosive damage to the National Association of Realtors and the overall industry would result if the defendants (NAR, Anywhere, HomeServices of America, Keller Williams, and RE/MAX) were to lose one or both so-called bombshell lawsuits (Sitzer/Burnett and Moehrl.) Anywhere just settled for 83.5mn! Let's start looking at what if's to prepare our business as the two recent settlements (PIN, Anywhere) are making new housing headlines. Listings are great, but every listing needs a buyer...
