I would love the one on one, of course, depending on the cost. I struggle with consistency and finding help for the tasks. I could easily farm out and free myself to do business.

I have been basically dormant for 2 1/2 years because of a lengthy commitment. Now the commitment is over. I have been in the business since 2007. I hope this will be an extra cost for this service amd not increase the proce for all memberships. It sounds like it would be great for many agents here, but I just use paperless agent for the social media content, so I'm already getting a bunch more than I need.

I really need the help with the technology maybe someone to do that for me, I have been with you guys for a while, but just can't do this stuff like a young person. I can sell real estate and I'm good at it, but I just can't do both.

I can't get motivated to take the needed actions because I'm easily distracted. I learn new ideas but don't take action on them. The old things that used to bring me business don't work as well anymore. I want more business but lack motivation to get it because I question if this will really work. My systems need updating and I want to do more of what I'm good at (educating in person). My mindset of feeling like a failure is a sinking feeling.

I would like to reintroduce myself with a new opener, new dialog, all we have been taught, it's dead, same oh dialogue, instead of phone calling I like to make an appointment to meet at a coffee shop to engage in a conversation about the clients real estate portfolio, their plans going forward. The conversation drives itself into exploring what can be done going forward, estate planning, 1031 exchange, etc. Just be open, listening summarize the conversation with a hand shake. See what happens
Chuck, it's like your reading my mind! The market demands that we move away from passive marketing to getting really engaged and connected with our markets.
This means reaching out, having coffee, getting involved with your community and really being that Community Influencer (not to be confused with social media influencer). It sounds like you're ahead of the game Chuck.

I moved to a new market this year, after 23 years in the Philadelphia suburbs. All my business was repeat and referral. I am having difficulty restarting with a new area, and new niche. My super power was open houses and really all I need is one listing to get started. I'm highly skilled as an agent. Marketing and systems is where I need the most help.
Cath, moving into new niches and new markets is one of the elements we plan on addressing with our new coaching program. We're finding a lot of our members are either want to work a new market or have moved and restarting in a new market.
It sounds like you know what to do once you get started. I think we'll be able to give you the strategies to get you going.
One thing I'll recommend right now is to get with your new broker and get your working on someone else's open houses from your office or firm. That way you can jump start getting in front of people in the market to move and start building a new database of prospects.

I would like the option for "done for you funnels" or guidance to build one / or more than one aimed at a specific niche/niches to generate new leads. I feel like I've been putting together a puzzle and it's still not coming together even though I think I have the right pieces... something is still missing for having a steady flow of business.
I need help being a better marketer.
