New Customer Service Terms


Customer agrees to commit to the minimum term length, indicated above as the Initial Term, for each corresponding service. During the Initial Term, Customer agrees to pay the Net Monthly Charges for all services listed above, as well as any other fees listed above. Following the Initial Term, services will automatically continue and be billed at then-current list prices (subject to future price adjustments), until terminated in accordance with the The Paperless Agent, Inc.’s Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”), the terms of which are hereby incorporated by reference. Total Net Monthly Charges are indicated above for convenience only. If Customer's Order Form includes services of varying term lengths, then Net Monthly Charges will change as services terminate, expire, or renew. Customer's total charges for any given month during the order term will be based upon (i) active Service during the applicable billing period, and (ii) the corresponding price for each active Service.


Acknowledgement of Contract The Agreement (which includes all Order Forms, the Terms of Use, and any written Addenda or Amendments thereto) embodies the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter of the Agreement, and supersedes any and all prior understandings and agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter. If a conflict exists between the Terms of Use and the terms and conditions of the Order Form, then the terms and conditions of this Order Form will control. Customer, by its authorized representative's signature below, acknowledges receipt of the Terms of Use (available at https://www.thepaperlessagent.com/terms-of-use/ and its understanding and acceptance of the Agreement.
