Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations received within 48 hours of ticket purchase OR received via email more than one month prior to the start of the event will be eligible for a full refund*.
Cancellations received in writing during or after the sale period and after 48 hours will receive an account credit in the amount paid for the ticket that can be used towards future events or other Paperless Agent products, including Marketing Club membership fees.
*If the purchaser received a bonus gift as part of the order, the cost of the bonus and any associated shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
