Leadership Team
Over the course of his career, Chris has been a software developer, product manager specializing in subscription models, has worked with the real estate industry’s most well known leaders, and ran sales and marketing for a two-time the Inc. 500 award winning company. When he’s not working with the team at PA, you can find Chris spending time with his spouse and 4 kids. In addition to family and career, he spends a considerable amount of time reading books on theology, philosophy, and historical fiction.
Garry Creath is the co-founder of The Paperless Agent, a real estate listing expert agent, a real estate tech startup advisor, and has been featured in a business case study by Apple Computers. He has more than twenty years of real estate sales experience, with an emphasis on the narratives and processes for turning prospective customers into returning clients. When he’s not working with the team, you can find Garry exploring the world with his spouse.
Sales & Operations
Before coming to PA, Josh worked for over a decade with small businesses as a marketing and management consultant to help them unlock sustainable growth. He’s the author of Bottleneck Breakthrough, and has a deep understanding of what it takes to create high growth companies from the successes of his past clients. He’s an adventurer at heart, so you’ll find him on roadtrips with his wife and 3 kids, as well as riding his motorcycle off the beaten path. He also loves playing any sport, building custom speakers, and doing woodworking.
With over a decade of experience, Nick has run a multitude of software teams. He’s delivered products for Silicon Valley Fortune 500s, startups across the world, and even the military. He has years of experience as a developer himself, as well as success founding his own companies. In between projects, you’ll probably find Nick at a baseball game. A Giants fan forever, even when living in enemy territory.
