  1. I prefer being a buyers agent. However, what I find with listing agents is that they give out to much information. I like the sound of the "Welcome Kit." It sounds real good, and that is what attracted me a little bit more, however, my office and MLS has that, they don't call it a welcome kit, its called CMA, form Cloud CMA. What's the difference?

    When I do get a listing, these days, it is very easy to sell and usually I will sell them during the first open house or by appointment within the scheduled open house, very easy to sell in todays market. Not looking for listings but interested in going that direction, it just seems that agents supplies to much information about them self.

    • I see the CMA as more of an information tool providing info on the market where as this provides more insight into how you will work for and benefit the client.

  2. I'm 5 months new and my plan is prospect, prospect, prospect. My problem is that I have not developed my tecnique. That's why I'm here. That's what I am trying to learn.

  4. I am going to implement the ASAP program, I need to add to my database. Being a new agent ( 2 years now) in a new city has been a challenge. I have joined 2 organizations and am actually on their boards and an really in the center of both of them. I had only 1 sell the first year 2 the second, but now I have 2 warm prospects for December and January and 2 that will be selling next year sometime and 2 more we will sees. ,

    I am using your email tool. For 65 people, who are people I know and are willing to refer me and prospects.
